Welcome to the 2018 Stephens & George Printing Harry Flatters Rally, Brecon Motor Club are once again looking forward to hosting crews from all over the United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe. This year will see a change of format but we still aim to provide an enjyable challenging day. As usual there will be a two pass recce available the day before along with scrutiny and documentation. We are proud to be hosting a number of championships and challenges and hope that in these difficult times for rallying you will come and enjoy the weekend with us.
